The Beit Bari 8 Week Health Challenge started with a group of women who were ready to commit themselves to a healthier lifestyle but wanted support and guidelines to reach their goal.  I encourage you to reach out to your friends, family, and coworkers to create your own Beit Bari group and follow along!

The Challenge involves all aspects of healthy: better eating, fitness, and stress reduction.  There are basic guidelines to follow throughout the 8 weeks as well as weekly challenges to keep you motivated.
